Shipping policy
When will my order arrive?
Orders are spun fresh and shipped on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday with 3-day shipping.
For orders made by 6:00 PM EST each day, we commit to making shipments within 3-4 business days. An extra day should be added for orders made after 6:00 PM.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Third Day Delivery with UPS Ground.
UPS Ground packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is available in eligible locations.
What are your shipping restrictions?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states using UPS Ground and to limited addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
How can I change/cancel an order that is in process?
To change a delivery address, write to hello@flufftuft.com. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
What if my shipment is delayed or gets lost in the mail?
Fluff Tuft is not responsible for delivery delays once the product has been shipped. For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing your order well in advance and scheduling it to arrive at least 2 days before the event.
